Do you have gift certificates?  Yes.  Gift certificates are always available.What type of massage is right for me?

That depends.  Everyone is different.  Some like a light touch, some want more of a deep tissue massage.  Communicate with me the type of massage you would prefer and I will customize your massage for you.  If some areas need a little more attention, please let me know that also.

Are there contraindications to massage?

Yes. Medical contraindications include but are not limited to: uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes, fractures, herniated discs, malignancy, numbness or tingling in any part of the body, especially the hands and feet. Please let me know of any acute or ongoing health conditions before your massage begins and if you are on any blood thinners such as Coumadin or warfarin or the like. You may also require a note from your doctor indicating that massage is appropriate for you.
